I would go with these ones......

Hooters on Bay Rd. (between SVSU and Fashion Square Mall)
Outback on Tittabawassee (right off I-75 exit)
Harvey's Grill & Bar on Tittabawassee & Bay (brand new, been hearing great things)

Also, there are a lot of good places to eat if you're in the Hamilton St./Bar area of town.

Somebody give me some faith in our WTF Saginaw contingency. Have they all gone off the deep end?

Jesus H... Michigans unemployment rate prolly at an all-time high, but the peeps can't partake in a lil of what the good earth brings us.
