40 points!!! WOW
This game couldn't have gone any better. I had a three-line parlay over at centsports, I had the Bulls covering the 8-point spread, and the Pistons still won. Celtics and Warriors both won their spreads, completing the parlay.
Perfect.
stuckey pulls 40 on a team with decent shot blockers and often guarded by taller guards including chauncy stopper hughes.
Who the hell is on NBAtv's crew right now? Fucking pathetic.
^^Ahh, Payton and Webber. Basically cheerleading every play.
i don't want to get too far ahead of things so i'll be very careful in what i say next; stuckey is the greatest player. ever. on any team. in any sport.
but he still can't hang with jesus. if he keeps working on his deep jumper and finishing in traffic, then we'll revisit this discussion.
He also needs a birthday closer to Christmas. Like Lebron.Quote:

well i would argue that jesus didn't really do much until he was in his early 30s. stuckey is already ahead of him in that regard.

A convenient time for AI to get "hurt". (joking)

If you would be honest with yourself, you can't seriously think that he looked like a PG last night.
The assists that he got were basically accidents.
Not that there is anything wrong with that as long as the others are moving the ball and don't get lulled into watching him doing things by himself, which they didn't do last night.
I don't know why you guys freak about this, there is no shame in being a very good SG, it just stands out more because he is being asked to play PG (ala Gil Arenas).
I've definitely seen he has a strong ability to pass and get assists (the 4 or 5 games prior to Sunday). There's just no reason to when you're on like last night.
That was about as close as I've seen to him being "Dwyane Wade". If that is an insult, so be it.
We remain one of only 4 teams in the league to be unbeaten in division play.
Boston, Atlanta and Utah are the other 3.
A few more sessions like this and the "Drain AI's Talent To Stuckey" project will be complete. Exxxxcellent!
Can we just agree that Stuckey is in all-purpose guard? Sure, he can play SG really well, but I think he's a great PG as well. Some of the passes he makes are stellar.

the days of a john stockton style PG are LONG gone.
Stockton scored 17 a game in his prime...
Where did I take anything away?Quote:
