A site I found that I like is:
www.thebaseballcube.com
I use it to find out more about guys in the minors. It gives you their carrer stats by organization and level with cumulative totals and gives you some transaction info.
Downside: does not include any 2007 stats.
by far the most useful website for MLB shit that I use is
http://mlbcontracts.blogspot.com/
lists every players salary by team, lists each past contract they've gotten, it tells how much service time they've logged so you know whether or not they're arbitration eligiblie. It lists they're contract incentives and perks (for instance, Eric Gagne got a guaranteed Hotel Suite for all road games).
http://www.designaterobertson.blogspot.com is pretty good
