That's debatable.

The Electorate would never screw over a Democrat if he really did win.

W's 2000 win was legit, IMO.

There is no 'opinion' about it. It was legit.

There was definitely an "opinion" about the 2000 election. Bush v. Gore was a Supreme Court opinion.

Since SCOTUS explicitly did not establish Bush v. Gore as being precedent for anything, it really is an "opinion" in a casual sense.

Ultimately, there was THE opinion about it. :)

Those "umms" and "uhhs" assure me that he really is speaking for the President.
