It's a buffet? Never been in the place, just heard about eating with your hands and had someone mention liking the place (and never tried Ethiopian food).Quote:

I just cooked some pasta that was damn good. Cooked down some onions, celery, garlic, peanuts and capers then added some shrimp, salmon and mushrooms at the end over angel hair. The wife loved it.
I might get me a bj tonight.
Grindin some trisuits and a martini
Why DO triscuits taste so good? There's nothing all that definable about them....I guess the salt...Quote:

Mxy or anyone ftm, have you ever made one of those Spaghetti Squash thingamajigs?
I heard you bake them, cut them open, add Spaghetti sauce, bake them again or something.
I have one and want to try it.
Nah, don't spag. sauce them. Bake em off cut it open and use butter, salt, and pepper on the stringy stuff. Eat it like spaghetti.
Thx and Bake it before cutting open, right?
You can, the easy way to do it is though is cut it raw and put the stringy stuff in a covered (plastic wrap) bowl and just microwave it until warm but still firm.Quote:

Steak and spaghetti squash. Spaghetti squash tossed with tomato, feta cheese, butter and salt. Pretty tasty.
sounds Californian, Tahoe
I found the recipe for S Squash on the net. I left some with just salt, pepper and butter, but I'd go with the tossed. Its great today cold too.
Naan bread as a snack. Thai BBQ and martinis later.
Navy Bean soup. Ham hocks for broth...damn good. Saltine crackers with a 1/4 inch of butter.
This is giving me a craving for Lile's in Dearborn...Quote:

On a related note, I think McDonalds' Breakfast Burritos are disgusting.
I second that. On the other hand, their Steak Egg & Cheese Bagels are fucking brilliant.Quote:

I bet ya Lile uses smoked ham hocks. I made another batch and the soup did NOT taste anything like the other one...using smoked ham hocks.Quote:

When you put counters in like I did in that RV you have to have a fallback plan.
White Bean Chicken Chili and Fritos Scoops
Steak. I'm trying, anyway.
I might overfill the server when I put my super bowl food list on here tomorrow.
My super bowl food will consist of whatever is cheap at Target while I'm missing the super bowl working there. Probably Dinty Moore.
I think we're going with Sloppy Joes.
Got some ground beef that needs to be used today.
I've had a Beef Shwarma, garlic sauce, hommus, and pita bread so far. For breakfast I had a piece of Chocolate Torte.
