I've come to regard the Obama administrations in much the same way as I do the Lions. I support it, I want it to succeed... and it keeps finding ways to fail. So, with an economy barely treading water, I kinda expected Obama to toss it a boat anchor in his jobs speech.
To my surprise, pretty much everything in it seemed to range from harmless to moderately helpful. I'd have preferred a coast guard chopper to lift it to safety but I'll settle for a carelessly tossed life preserver to at least help tread water for a while longer.
