Sliced a one-pound strip roast into small square pieces (<5mm each), formed it into two hamburgers and fried them. This is the best hamburger I have ever eaten in my life you guys you have to try this. Diets be damned.
Edit: Or it might have been ribeye, it's been in the freezer for a while and I don't rightly remember the cut. Whatever! Either one is probably really good.
