How is cutting spending an analogy to that ^?

Gun to your head--demonstrate a grasp of the consequences of taxes and spending going up or down. I'll go grow a beard waiting for that one.
Obama to campaign for 2012 tonight...err ah make a speech about the debt ceiling tonight.
This guy is nothing more than his next election. Thats all he's worried about.
Yes, Obama is terrible... and the reason he's terrible is he's arguing with republicans over how best to smother the economy. Primary. Challenge. Please.
Vin, Tahoe just doesn't get it.
Don't feed the pigeons.
That chart is so full of bullshit, it'd take a year to dig in.
Y'all just don't get it. Obama spent more in 2 years than any other Prez in 4.
I know you want to tax job creators to death, but thank God the Tea Party and Repubs are here to stop this nonsense.
Seriously, y'all need to get a grip.
18 times under Reagan, lol.
A composite of 5 major polls show that only 26% of the country believes that deficit reduction should be accomplished by spending cuts only, 67% believe that a blend of cuts and revenue increases is the right path.
Getting in bed with the Tea Party is going to be a huge mistake for the right.
I obviously own all y'all and I think you know that, but I should get this to even teams and DESTROY you morans.
My twitter buddies would seriously make you look like 2nd graders.
Your posse rolls hard.
Your's does too.

"morans". LOL.
I'm waiting until some real news happens as a result of this debt limit. The closest I've seen that isn't politics/posturing as usual by all sides is how Obama waged a successful denial-of-service attack on the Congressional web servers.
The only way the Republican House can nudge the Democratic Senate into going their way is to make it an election issue that the many Senate Dems up for re-election would think they're at the losing end of, vote-wise. Thus far, I don't see too much evidence of that happening. I kinda hope the House stalls to the point that Obama invokes the 14th Amendment. That'll be entertaining as all fuck.
Direct quote from Eric Cantor on Hannity just now: "We need to stop Barack Obama, that's what this is all about."
So there it is.
The country's best interest and the will of the people, be damned.
Stay classy.
Believe me, the will of the people didn't sign up for the bucket of stupid Obama brought to the office.
Also, Cantor was elected and its his job to stop stupid for the good of the country when he sees it.
Glen obviously doesn't get politics. SMH
This is bigger than politics.
So dumb and short-sighted.

In a new Reuters/Ipsos debt ceiling poll, a majority of respondents are aligned with Obama's position: http://politi.co/of3U89

Are you trying to say he's being a heel just for the sake of it?
Heel/troll, whatevs.
It's the only possible explanation, really.
I've talked about Gov't spending since I was on this board, chief.
It's a very elaborate plan, apparently.
So apparently Barry blamed Bush...again... last night. When is this pussy of Prez going take some responsibility? I know the sheep won't blame him but he'd do a lot better with the peeps if he'd be mature about it and take some responsibility.
Look at Bush as an example. Clinton left Bush with a recession but Bush did not blame him.
