lame...and i think its a mistake, we ain't gonna get a better player than Amare or even Bosh in the summer...teams are trying to dump salary NOW, take advantage of this situation...

honestly if you were a big time free agent would you come to detroit?

i mean maybe if the core of sheed tay rip and billups was around

right now its stuckey tay and rip. not too bad but detroit just isnt the best city, teams respectable certainly falling, but detroit just isnt the most "desirable city."

IMO there is no way that Joe D can sign a free agent better than Amare. I seriously doubt Bosh is going to come to Detroit as a free agent, or even in a sign and trade. Joe should be offering everyone on the roster except Rip, Tay and Stuckey in an effort to get Amare now.

This is a rebuilding season and should be treated as such. If they try to sell me on a 2nd rebuilding season and I'll be pissed, especially when Joe has assets to burn now (expirings, picks, young talent).

Well I was watching Around the Horn last night and Lil' Wayne thinks/wants Amare to go to Miami because Lil' Wayne is from Miami. Sorry for the bad news, fellas. If Lil' Wayne says Amare to Miami, Amare must be going to Miami.

Even if Joe thinks he has a great shot at Bosh, Amare doesn't stop them from going after him. They are both FA's at the same time. I agree to deal anyone but Stuckey, RIP, Tay for him.

It's even possible to have both Amare and Bosh here. He'd probably have to gut everyone else from the roster but so what.
