i bought a suit at jos a bank over the summer. got it tailored there too. was told i'd have it 2 weeks later. its now 16-20 weeks later, no suit. i've been in a couple times, told they would look into it and call me.

not a word. tomorrow im calling the regional manager to cancel the suit, get my money back, and tell them im mad as hell and i wont take it anymore.

assuming they try to get me to keep the sale, any recommendations for terms i should demand? it was already an "1000 dollar suit" i bought at 75% off. right now im thinking i'll demand they take an addition 75% off or i ust want my money back. im actually fairly pissed. hand jobs, reach arounds, rim jobs, every thing is on the table for things i'll demand.

Presumably the suit is lost and irretrievable so they're probably going to have you picking out a new one. You must insist on getting the full price in credit or at least double, not the sale price.
