BlackBerry email service has been down, NATIONWIDE, since just before 6 am this morning.
Sucks for me.
Sucks even worse for them.
Oh. That's why that email didn't show.
The outage is actually worldwide, lol.

Do a twitter search for #BlackBerry and see if anyone else is having problems.
