I have to admit, I haven't actually been watching these games. Not going to care about them if the Pistons don't either.
I checked out about two weeks ago but the frustrating thing about this team is that they don't just tank for a couple years so we can get a couple top 3 picks. Nope, we have to get the 10th pick, have a crappy season to watch as a fan, and no improvement the following year.

Is it wrong that I instantly felt horrible for Blaha?
I was preparing something in the kitchen while listening to the final minute of the game on TV. I was thinking of how disappointing it would be that the Pistons were probably going to lose on the final possession, and Blaha's plaintive "No!" told me I was right. Don't like defeatist thoughts like that, and certainly don't like Blaha upset, but what can you do.
Why did I turn this on?

It may be because it's so fresh, but this failure of a season feels worse than the failures of the past 9 years. It seemed like they were possibly improving after making the playoffs last year, you know? Instead, Andre Drummond tried to become Lakers-era Dwight Howard with his crummy hook shot, Reggie Jackson's injuries turned him into modern-day Derrick Rose but not as good, they're only capable of running that one offensive play where the ball handler sets a high pick to a guy coming off a curl which turns into a garbage midrange shot most of the time, I hate them, etc. It's such an unlikable team.
