Isn't it funny that acquiring Dice and Jefferson was supposed to beef up their line-up?

They've been nothing but mediocre since Jefferson pulled on their uni.

Cause he's a fucking loser, that's why. Some guys just bring the team down. And he's one of them. The only reason he's ever been on a winning team is because he had some sick twisted fuck like Jason Kidd making him look like an All-Star.

Parker and Manu and TD are too busy doing their thing and can't be bothered trying to cater to this joker. Tayshaun would be a much better fit on that squad.

And this was stuff that any reasonable coach would've seen about RJ back at the 2004 Olympics. This is hardly a revelation.

I do believe there are certain players that actually do jave the potential to seriously fuck up a team.

Jefferson is just the one I can point at without thinking and say: "Every single team he's been on (except Jersey with Kidd) his team has sucked monkey spunk and although his individual stats look pretty damn good he's just shit"

I bet Pop thought that too, but likely thought with Duncan, Manu, Parker and Dice (the anti-Jefferson) the potential for fucking it all up would be non-existant.

Pop thought wrong and now the Spurs are wasting one of the last good years Duncan has got left.

Personally, I feel for them. I am so upset I'm willing to trade Richard Hamilton to the Spurs for Jefferson. This way they'll be OK.

And they can do a sign and trade with Manu and get a decent SF to team with Duncan, Parker and Rip for the next 3 years as they chase Championship Dreams....

I'd take it. Dude won't get more than the MLE when his contract is done here. Spurs aren't winning a title anytime soon. Why stay?

Most of those teams only have room for one star. Teams like Chicago and Miami will try and add Boozer or Bosh or Amare.

I could see NY or NJ adding him if they got Lebron (or even ahead of him to entice Lebron), but not if they could get a better player instead and still have Lebron space.

The Bulls apparently think they have a shot at Wade. If they miss on wade, Manu is a decent fallback.

I know they like Gibson, and if they get into the top 10, they get to keep their lottery pick (outside of 10 and the Bucks will swap places with them, Salmons deal).

And, of course, they can always trade for a big, with Hinrich being the most likely to go.

Anyone outside the top 10 (probably top 5-6) won't be much of a scorer up front. They could get Aldridge maybe at 10, but he won't fit with Noah great.

If you can get Wade you do it and worry about a big later. I think if you can't get Wade you go for Amare/Bosh/Boozer so you have an inside scorer. I wouldn't touch Manu unless I had a low post player already. Besides, you have a much better chance of finding a Manu like player with their/Bucks pick than a decent big.
