Just finished a bag of veggies, two chicken breasts, carrots and hummus, and three small bags of beef jerky. Checking out at about 800 cals on the day. gotta love fasting
had a sandwich for lunch, so just veggies/sriracha and a protein shake for dinner. this after running 6.5 miles #teamdowork
