Ate dinner last weekend at a place called Black Rock which is a restaurant that serves you a raw steak and cooking stone (flat square rock heated to 750 degrees or something) and you cut the meat a piece at a time and cook it just before you eat it. I didn't order the Kobe beef (which isn't real Kobe beef anyway). It did taste good however (should, I made it) and was a pretty fun experience.
