yesterday i went to a job interview and was there from 10:00am til quarter to 2:00PM, damn near 4 hrs of interviewing. this was after a phone screen that lasted almost a full hour.
now, im told they want to bring me back in, and to allow for up to 3 hrs.
the company is pretty good in its field, but its not like im applying for president or anything. pretty frustrating because if the money isnt right im not going to take the offer so this is turning into a ridiculous amount of effort for something i may not even be interested in.

Yeah, one of my interviews last year was about 4 hrs. My interview for my position I'm starting next week was about 4 hrs, too. Neither needed me back, thankfully.
I would take it as a good sign, anyhow. Good luck.
