So I was getting shit ready for the CPA for taxes and looked at what I spent on RE commissions last year. Then we looked at what I spent on RE C's in the last 5 years. I decided to get my RE license active again. Problem is that I haven't done this and that so they said I'd have to start over. No biggie.
But buying RE, either building on it and selling it or rehabing them and selling them or something, cost money. So If I can cut into what I spend on commissions by percent or percent and half, would be a good thing.
I like being insulated with a RE Agent when selling, but would also like to save that dough or not spend it.
