Seeing a lot about the Ken Burns Pilgrims thing. Haven't watching it yet. Also, I think the actor for the main guy (at least the dude who is on screen when that link back there originally loads) is dead now. Just died a couple months back I think.
It was actually done by Ric Burns. Still had the Burnsian epic style and while it may have worked as an opening chapter to a much longer piece on the establishment of the U.S., it seemed out of place for a story about barely 500 people.Quote:

Always Sunny is one of those shows I never bothered watching for some reason, but it's pretty damn funny. I'm only 5 seasons in though, hope there's no drop off.
