But that was his cell. Pictures can be doctored. How do you prove it wasn't?

I don't get the "feels like" term thrown around in weather forecasts. How do they know what it feels like for everybody. Right now it is -3 but it "feels like" -19. How the hell would they figure that out? Do they take a guy from outside and put him in an isolated room at -19 so that the guy can say, "yup, that's what it feels like outside right now".

Cold sucks, and it feels like it really sucks.
