OT...I buy some corn tortillas(soft) and fry them in oil. Take the tortilla, add some pulled pork, squeeze some fresh lime juice and hot sauce and eat it with lotsa cold beer of your choice. Don't be shy with the salt on the pork.

Saw it on sale at the Piggly Wiggly today...bought a small piece and decided to give it a half ass shot.
Brined it for about 5 hours in salt/sea salt/garlic/paprika, rubbed it in some more garlic and salt and pepper and Olive Oil, browned quickly and now on low over night, will see what I get when I wake up.
Probably not the ideal method but I need to try things first before I get the perfect recipe down. I bet it's decent anyways.
