AI is out sick.
Afflalo starts in his place.
Yes rip, that means you still aren't getting your job back.
What's your beef with Rip of all people?
I don't have one anymore. That was directed at curry.
This should be a good close game with AI out...AA starting
White homes on the road. I like.
17 1st half pts for Rip, according to the box
For a while there I was down on Rip... Oops!
Geez, not even 1 full page of comments...
what the hell is everybody else watching?
CHOKE
Please get Sheed out of here. WTF was that?
Fuckin' wow.
Derick Rose is crying his eyes out.
Rip FTW? Not.
4TH QUARTER CURRY STRIKES AGAIN!!!
Bulls with 36 friggin points in the 4th. I can't believe that crap
When I really get into watching a game, the last thing I think about are game threads.Quote:

PISTONS SUCK.
wow that was beeeeeeeee yaaaaaaaadddddddd
Went to the game, 10th row, near center court. What a fucking waste.
- Ty Thomas is SMALL. Athletic as hell but way too skinny and if Sheed's 6'11" then Thomas is 6'7" maybe 6'8" barely, but he looked like a boy next to Sheed's "man".
- Sheed was just killing Thomas and Noah, I have no idea why we went away from that. Come on, at least once in the late fourth.
- Our offense down the stretch was just plain embarrassing. They weren't running plays. Just brutal to watch in that atmosphere.
- Derrick Rose is pretty sick and fast as hell. I know you can see that on tv, but he is just so explosive and accelerates so fast...it's shocking to see in person.
- Noah is soft as hell. When Tay blocked him he drove Noah to the ground with the ball. Noah has what, 50 pounds on Prince? In general, Noah kind of looks like Darko did back in the day, just jumping around trying to set picks everywhere for no apparent reason.
- Jordan and Pippen were in the house for "Johnny Red Kerr day". So were Dolph Schayes and Jerry Colangelo for some reason. They all spoke for a few minutes. Kerr looked like he was dying (he was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer and they had to move up the date of his "day"). He was propped up in a wheel chair and hardly changed expressions. When Jordan jokingly pulled out some resin and jokingly did his whole trademark "clap it in Red's face" routine, he just coughed and didn't even crack a smile, pulled out his handkerchief and wiped it off. Sad.
- Some douchebag Pistons fan decked out in Spartans gear (swear to God) was standing on the concourse after the game right where everyone had to walk by just screaming "Fuck you all, we hurt Rose! At least we got Rose! We knocked Rose out of there you fuckers!" I can only assume he got his ass kicked eventually. I wonder how many degrees he has.
Exactly! Michael two-hands-and-a-fucking-flashlight Curry could learn a thing or three from you, Vinny.Quote:

Sheed had an overall +/- of +11 in 33 minutes. He wasn't in foul trouble, and playing great until the very end when he was misplayed.
McDyess had an overall +/- of -24 -- -8 at PF and -16 at C. Excepting for the very end when :we: inexplicably decide to not feed the ball to Sheed at a deliberate pace (which one could arguably blame on Stuckey, though Curry should have intervened), the pivotal runs keeping Chicago in the game were with Sheed on the bench and McDyess at C. It was obvious that we were sputtering with McDyess at C, that our "small balls" lineup actually plays to Chicago's strengths. Obviously, in Binary Man's world, McDyess and Maxiell are heady and able enough to cope with your full-court mobile athletes like Thomas and Noah for long stretches... NOT!
that was so bad
someone deserves to die, or at bare minimum hit the unemployment line

That was almost funny to watch last night. I'm almost at the stage where watching Curry coach is funny.
I know it's a huge "if", but if the Pistons were to fire Curry right now and make a trade, what would your feelings on the playoff chances be?
I think we are one big away from being a title contender, but the coaching has to get better.

If they fire Curry, who takes over? And I don't want to hear "Joe Dumars!" because he hasn't ever proven he can coach so you have no idea if it would be an improvement.
They won't fire Curry.
But if they did, it would be Cowens.
Outscored by 19 pts in the 4th. Just play some damn D. That used to be our quarter to shut teams down. Unbelievable
Not anymore, with the way things have been going this season.Quote:

So we'll come out tonight on fire...for 3 quarters and Kelser/blaha will be saying how they came out with something to prove and then they'll lose in the 4th again.
And they'll continue talking about Joe D and the future of the team.
With a few exceptions, this team is playing like a bunch of a-holes.
And they'll be favored again tonight
I think ATL is going to come in and whoop some ass, Jack Bauer (but not GDub) style.
It wasn't just the D, though that wasn't good. They weren't running any offense, which kept leading to turnovers and loose rebounds and fast breaks for the Bulls.Quote:
