By the way, the more I think about this, it really doesn't matter at all. They can just wait until Leyland would have been giving him a day off anyhow, and have him serve the suspension then. The only thing that would be bad is if Rabelo had to leave that game for some reason (tossed or injured). I'm guessing they would have to move Inge behind the plate for the remainder of that game if such a situation were to present itself. Since Leyland gives Pudge the day off once a week anyhow, it really isn't much. Pudge simply wouldn't be available to pinch hit.

A 1 gamer, to me, is saying you didn't really bump him. If the league thought he gave him a shiver, he'd be setting for a lot longer. So now IR can make them take the time to review it and hopefully just fuck with them for a while.
