Any draft that has both Jake Tsakalidis and Mark Madsen in it cannot be considered the worst draft ever.

Please take that back.

You know it's bad when the best player in the draft is taken at #43.

Even the trades sucked.

Chicago traded the rights to C Chris Mihm to Cleveland for the rights to G Jamal Crawford and cash.

Orlando traded F Corey Maggette, F Derek Strong, the rights to G Keyon Dooling and cash to the Los Angeles Clippers for a future first-round draft pick.

Houston traded the rights to C Joel Przybilla to Milwaukee for C Jason Collier and a future first-round draft pick.

Dallas traded a future first-round draft pick and cash to Orlando for the rights to G Courtney Alexander.

Dallas traded F Sean Rooks to the Los Angeles Clippers for G Eric Murdock.

Dallas traded the rights to F Dan Langhi to Houston for the rights to F Eduardo Najera and a future second-round draft pick.

Seattle traded the rights to G Josip Sesar to Boston for two future second-round draft picks.

San Antonio traded the rights to G Corey Hightower to the Los Angeles Lakers for two future second-round draft picks.

New York Knicks traded F John Wallace and the rights to F Donnell Harvey to the Dallas Mavericks for G Erick Strickland and the rights to F Pete Mickeal.

I didn't realize we were one pick off from having Michael Redd. That would have been fun.

1986 was the worst NBA draft ever. 2000 can't even come close to touching it.

The draft in which we got Rodman and Salley? No way.

The draft in which we got Rodman and Salley? No way.

Uh, yeah.

Great draft for us and Cleveland, tragic for Boston, horriffic for everyone else.

Compare the top-10 in 1986 to the top-10 in 200. Please.

Just looked it up. The first round was real shitty, but the second round was nice.

Mark Price, Rodman, Duckworth, Hornacek.

And don't forget about Petrovic in the 3rd.

Yeah, I think 2000 is defintely worse.

There were a bunch of guys in that draft that had really solid pro careers.

Ron Harper
Arvidas Sabonis
Mark Price
Dennis Rodman
Larry Krystkowiak
Nate McMillan
Jeff Hornacek
Buck Johnson
Kevin Duckworth
Dell Curry
