What are some of the best names or nicknames in the game today?

Yuniesky Betancourt is one of my favorites.

I also like Carlos Delgado, especially if you say it in your best Harry Kalas voice (ala Kalas' old "Mickey Morandini" call).

Joel "Someone's Crying, Lord" Zoomaya

IN case you're wondering, that's not to laugh at Zumaya's injury. It's a takeoff on
"Someone's crying, Lord, KOOM BY YA"

How about Khalil Greene?

Has there ever been a guy that looked more like a Khalil?

Wasn't that the name of the dude who died in the Red Hot Chilli Peppers? He kind of looks like that guy too.

Even though he used to kill the Tigers (along with Jerry Hairston and Ernie Whitt) I really used to like Rance Mulliniks.

Ditto to Wizzle. I was coming to represent some of the same names.

Ozzie Smith, the Wizard, was pretty cool.
What's with Torii? First, a guy can't be named that, it's a chick name. Second, the spelling really puts it over the top.
I think Pudge is a cool nickname.
Barry Zito has a nice ring to it.
Big Papi.
I always liked Don Mattingly. It just sounded cool and sophisticated.
Cecil Fielder was great - Fat Cec - and it's fitting that Prince would be a pretty cool name as well.
One of my favorite players of all time was Fred McGriff - the crime dog.
I just don't think it will ever get cooler than Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle, Ty Cobb, Willie Mays, Don Drysdale, Duke Snider, Stan Musial, etc.

Darnell Coles and Chet Lemon were my favorite players as a kid.

Who wants to tell Wil that, while spectacular, his sig is waaaaaaay too big? Seems like a Glennism.

Hiram Bocachica
(former Tiger, current Padre)

In Spanish, "boca"=mouth and "chica"=girl.

That's a rough last name.
