Master P's son "Romeo" committed to USC. Romeo is an 08 recruit and will be a Trojan most likely the year after OJ Mayo leaves for the NBA. Romeo agreed to put his rap career on hold until his career at USC is over. I don't even know what to think about this commitment. Can't wait to see that halftime show. And here is our very own Romeo's father, Master P performing "Make Crack Like This"

Nice pic, Tre!
Do these kids know that "sagging" represents being a prison bitch?

Any word on if Romeo can actually play? I've heard Master P is actually pretty good and played summer league with NBA teams a few times, but I haven't followed Romeo's recruitment or anything to see if he's a 3 star or whatever.

Master P was actually good. He played for the Raptors in a couple of regular season games I believe. No idea how good his son is. He better be good because this kid comes off as a joke to me.

Master P never made it to the regular season. He's a step below NBA talent, which is still pretty damn good. On the one hand I want to say that I can't believe Lil' Romeo would have the work ethic to make an impact (I'm talking NBA I don't really care about college hoops). On the other hand, Master P has had success in all kinds of areas (even though No Limit was the bottom of the barrel as far as I'm concerned) which certainly takes ability and dilligence.

Ultimately, no way the kid isn't distracted by "other opportunities" (I though he was still doing Nickelodeon shows).

The bigger question is "Where will Lil' Bow Wow go?"

SC cares less about Romeo's play, and more about packing the Galen Center to the rafters, not to mention the merchandise bonanza.

During his junior season at Beverly Hills High School Romeo Miller averaged 19 points, 5 rebounds and 2 steals per game. Romeo is currently a 2 star recruit per rivals, but there is some thinking that with a good summer circuit he could be moved up to a 3 star. He is currently listed at 5'10" and 160 with or without his shirt on.

I know when I need some talent I'm combing Beverly Hills High. Alma mater of studs like Jeff & Beau Bridges and Elijah Cher Allman. Then again that might be Hollywood High.

Until Lil Romeo came along, the best athlete to come out of Beverly Hills High was Edith Head.

I can't wait until someone at Arizona burns him over and over again and decides to make a hip-hop album all about how he took Romeo to school. Shoot me now.
