My pre-draft prediction for this team, given this schedule, is 6-10. The misleading part of that is that they could, potentially, start 4-2, but then finish 2-8.

5-11 with a good draft. 3-13 if they draft a first round QB that sits for a year behind Kitna.

I could make a better prediction after I see the draft, because they could address a lot of holes if they do things right.

every year comes that integral moment that really defines the season. the moment where i stop rooting for wins and start rooting for the inevitable train wreck. the over under for this year is game 6. if theyre not 3-3, im jumping off the bandwagon and positioning myself for train wreck gaucking.

however, it could be said that 2 weeks before the draft im already in train wreck mode.

ps: jethro, i think 4-2 is ridiculously optimistic. i cant imagine them starting better than 2-3, with 0-5 a slight possibility headed into the bye.

i can also see them finishing a brutal 1-9. im thrilled gb is our last game though. potentially favres last game, and its one we shouldnt steal (and thereby f up our draft slot).

great point. we always screw ourselves out of a draft position with a victory in the last couple weeks. I could see this being an embharassment on national TV with the new flex schedule. Madden will pick up the game for Sunday night to have one last chance at praising Favre.
