The basement livingroom will be much less formal than the upstairs and some of the furniture on the site looks pretty cool and not overpriced. Oh yes, by my brandy station, just under the enrapturing Dogs Playing Poker in Velvet, I'll place a nifty credenza, adorned in Georgia Bulldog red, and possibly cap it with an autographed photo of Hershel Walker that I paid $4500.00 for at auction.
