What happened to the "I'm not trash talking", trash talk thread?

My "Who's #2 Now" thread showed the UM fans true colors. What "Who's #2 Now" thread your ask? Oh yeah, it was moved to the stands by our Maize and Blue Dictator Jethro. A "my apology" thread written by some random Oklahoma guy was okay to stay, but not a "Told you so" thread about UM football!!! Apparantly it was "juvenille." It's okay for a UM fan to jump into a State football OGT or a MSU bball thread and post dozens of jokes about MSU, but a "Told you So" thread about UM football??!!! Don't do that! That's not allowed.

My thread was one big "Told you so" about various topics we've had regarding UM football. The Maize faithful stormed in to cry about it really being concealed trash talk. UM fans crying about something? Imagine that. Give me a break!!! I think I read 12 posts really breaking down whether or not the post would be considered "trash talk." Who gives a rats ass what it is. You got the point right? Trash Talk-Told you so....who cares?!

UM fans are a joke. Yes, I'm lumping you together. When the sun is shining you are all for dishing it out. You gang up together and bash the hell out of State, their fans, and everything green. But, when it comes back to haunt you, you UM fans don't want any part of it. You'll deny it, ignore it, try to move it, and most definately cry about it. Have some freaking balls UM fans. I stay here on this forum 12 months a year and I am outnumbered 10-1 and I deal with all kinds of trash talk, criticism, etc. But you guys can't deal with a day or two of it?

Now back on the MSU/UM trash talk, I have nothing to defend my Wolverines with as both basketball and football programs are suffering from a serious lack of offensive ingenuity. We always have the athletes, but have just been getting out coached recently in the big games in football, and ALL games in basketball. I really don't have much trash to sling after the way that game went down, but you don't know when to not talk, as that is what has made you a famous internet MB super poster.

You have some sort of issue with frequency on this forum. You complained a week ago about Jethro being on here all the time and now on to me. First of all, we're mods so it is sort of a responsibility.

I am a teacher, a basketball coach, I am working on my Masters Degree, I was married within the year and have a new house to take care of, and I'm taking another training course outside of my Masters for teaching. If I'm on here "ALL THE TIME" as you say, how do I have time to do all of these things??? It's like you are making Jethro and I out to be some obsessed internet geeks that do nothing else but talk on mbs. When discussing my teaching/coaching schedule a month ago Moodini said, "I don't know how you do it." So I'm pretty sure I don't spend every waking moment on the internet like you are hinting at.

I'm not sure why you would care if I spent every waking moment on here, but with the list above I think you can see that's not the case. I pop in 5 minutes at a time, several times a day during breaks. Thanks for checking into my frequency and monitoring how I spend my time. It is just stupid to present michigan hating as some sort of genious insight on your part and expect to be patted on the back.

Michigan fans DID talk shit to me when State lost to UNC. Another example is the MSU-Wisconsin rivalry in bball. Moodini was here hours after MSU lost to Wisconsin last year and pointed out the fact that they "owned us." So, I'm going to return the favor to an extent.

I didn't predict a UM loss and then make it out to be great insight. I gave my opinion several times about who had the best defense, who the next best team in the nation was, etc. I didn't direct it toward anyone, just gave my opinion and I was attacked over and over. Yes, I moved the other thread because it was one of the most dipshitted things I've ever seen on WTF. It wasn't about #2. It was about Tre. I don't know what you've been reading but there was nothing civil about the arguments thrown in my direction prior to the Rose Bowl. Every post was directed at me and my opinions were harshly criticized. I simply shared my opinions and all I got back was "You have blinders on, your hatred for Michigan is the reason you are saying these things, what do you know you're a State fan, etc. etc. etc.

In regards to criticizing their team, I didn't. I just said that they are what I thought they were. Probably the 3rd or 4th best team in the country with probably the 3rd or 4th best defense. Only person I ripped was Hart for his comments (and Carr too i guess but that's a lifelong thing).

Since no matter what their record was going in, winning every March game means Big Ten tourney champs which means automatic bid and then eevery game in the dance.

Honestly dude, you are alllllllll over the place. After the OSU game, I made many statements regarding U of M and where they fall among the nations best. I was ripped for my opinions and it turns out I nailed every one of them. That's why I was doing the "told you so" stuff. Never said I nailed everything the entire season, far from it.
