This thread is not an attempt to talk trash, but this is the time to defend myself. I've been attacked for the last 5 months about my NCAA football opinions and those opinions that concern UM. So I just want to jog the memories of those of you who went off on DrTre the past few months. I decided against quotes because after further review there were dozens too many.

DrTre said UM didn't deserve the title game, had their chance.

I'm not talking trash. I pointed out every single topic that I was blasted for over the last few months and pointed out the fact that it turns out I wasn't just a biased MSU fan.

I have every right to bring up these points now because 10-12 UM fans here regularly ganged up on me and claimed that I was biased with blinders on. So I just wanted the opportunity to point out the fact that I didn't deserve the bashing I got.

Just because you don't like the content doesn't mean it is trash talk. Trash talk would have included scores, Rose Bowl records, losing streaks, etc. I chose not to go middle school, but I wasn't going to let these topics slide.

Agreed on all counts. Go ahead and talk trash. U of M fans do 11 months out of the year. The 1 month of quiet is set aside for after all the big games they blow. If they can't take it in, they shouldn't try to dish it out.

Lied? Are you kidding me? I said that it wasn't trash talk because I viewed it as an "I TOLD YOU SO" post. Not a post to rub in the loss to USC. It was a post intended to bring up past subjects that I was ripped for and gloat a bit. The only thing in my thread that I viewed as trash talk was the title, "Who's #2 now" That title was directed to all UM fans that blasted me.

But to play devil's advocate, let's say the thread was trash talk. WHO GIVES A FUCK?! Do we need to discuss whether or not the thread falls under the catagory of trash talk. Damn! Give me a break.
