My quest to dominate this league is off to a roaring start with a big win by TCU at the San Diego Credit Union bowl last night.

1-0 and I had 27 confidence points on that game.

I'll provide periodic updates here to document my dominance at picking college bowl games.

I'll tell you what Glenn... we'll do this manually since I am doing the same exact thing. So we will have a head to head matchup based entirely off each other's word.

Actually that sounds like a great idea. You could keep it 50-50, since technically we're both 1-0... but being that I really suck at any sort of gambling, that should give you better odds.

According to ESPN I have 249 and Glenn has 235.

249 is not too shabby for getting the first 9 wrong automatically.

BTW, I would have picked ASU and UCLA wrong, but I would have gotten all the rest of those 9 right. You snooze you loose I guess.

EDIT- I would have picked Oregon too and gotten that one wrong.

Just did the math and if Western and Ohio win I beat you Motown. Glenn can only beat me if all his picks lose except Cincy, since we have the same picks for everything else. He cannot catch you though.

I wish more people would have joined so more of them would have beat me.

Chris you're really good at making me feel good about my picking ability. I mean, I knew I was bad, but the fact that I can lose to a guy who didn't pick the first 9 games is awesome.

Glenn, I'd say you and I should stick to picking basketball games, but judging by our amount of Alpacas, maybe we should stick to just watching.

Chris actually went 14-9 because he started out 0-9 due to joining late.

I would have done really well if I didn't pick as a homer on all the Big Ten and MAC teams. I never thought Iowa, Purdue or Ohio had a chance, though I still would have picked Western I think.

We'll have to do this again next year guys, make it an annual tradition.
