"It feels like I'm playing PlayStation or something."

-- Kobe Bryant, describing the automatic feeling of making his shots.

He was %100 shooting? Yikes.

Maybe Wade (5 of 23) should take some notes.

I'm not a fan of Kobe by any means, but I'd rather watch him play than Wade or Carmella.

that doesnt say much. Again i miss the days where you actually scored on real defenses. ~yawn~

What's that supposed to mean? The Bobcats aren't real defense? The Suns aren't real defense? You're trying to tell me that the Peja and the Hornets don't play some of the best defense this league has ever seen?

well..........................................yea. :mccosky:

the pistons are my only reason for watching the nba, i cant bear it overall mostly though. Guys with no heart are getting crowned as super human beings and compared to people they couldnt touch even in their wet dreams.

^ i couldn't agree more. i'm sick of the nba and its only the pistons that are forcing me to watch. otherwise it's a league filled with overpaid, underachieving, cry-baby prima donnas who don't know anything about real basketball and who get overhyped in the media just because they can make a highlight now and then.

they get credit before they even do anything and if they do anything they get worshipped.

you're not allowed to defend them and if you try, they get 2 shots at the line to help pad their already inflated stats.

there is more TALENT and ATHLETICISM in the nba now than ever before. but the average basketball IQ for players is at the lowest it has ever been. so is the work ethic, motivation level, and desire to fulfill their talent.

it disgusts me and like you said- were it not for the pistons, i wouldn't even watch this crap anymore. it's a league that is trying to create hollywood stars instead of trying to create the best basketball league around.

never thought i'd say this, but the nba sucks. i've always enjoyed college basketball more anyway, but now more than ever. at least there is SOME level of purity left on that level. :(

they are the best league around, so maybe thats part of the problem. can't say. But I know one thing that is. Their players union has no nuts. Even the NFL Players Union has some balls and pride still. Even NHL hockey players league have some pride, even though they begrudgingly gave in. Billy hunter is a pussy and the players don't realize as a whole how many rights they have.

the jazz are real fun to watch. i like derron williams. i was a huge paul fan in college, and knew he would be an allstar in the nba, but i always though williams would be the bigger winner. im not so sure anymore, but these two are the best thing to happen to the nba in a long time. the return of the true pg, who would have guessed?

Still the best NBA player in the league.
