you know what's wierd, the total under your name subtracts your wagers before the game has happened. I haven't lost any bets, but it says 350 because I made some wagers. So, those totals could be off if posters have open bets out there. Too bad the total reflects current wagers.

When we get to the last day of the contest, we won't post any new bets until we figure out who the winner is.

that's a valid point. i just thought it would be wierd for someone who might bet all their alpachas all the time. Suppose I had 2,000 alpachas right now but I bet them all. Well, it looks like I have none (technically I don't have any).

I guess I am thinking in poker terms. Like if you go all in as a chip leader, they don't consider you to have no chips at that point. They are just all "at risk"

Yup...betting Alpacas is the way to go...just bet against the Lions, especially when somehow they are favored...And I wouldn't suggest losing $100 in 5 minutes while you are waiting to leave for work so you don't have to work for free that day.
