Guard Damien Woody, who suffered a sprained foot against the Vikings, was placed on injured reserve Wednesday and is lost for the rest of the season. Undrafted rookie free agent Frank Davis is expected to get some playing time this week, but the Lions have yet to finalize their lineup.

Rex Tucker, Ross Verba and Barry Stokes all did not practice Wednesday.

Also, the Fords still own the team.
