The Lions are favored by 6.5, no shit.

Call your bookies, gents.

Favre's throwing for 4 TDs, 2 of them to Greg Jennings.

hmmm... the lions get to play one of the few teams that might be worse than them at home. if they dont win this one, im going to give up my superbowl hopes for this year.

my prediction: pain. as in its going to be painful to watch this one.

As bad as the Packers are, they showed last week that they are willing to let Favre keep throwing and throwing and throwing.

Check his stats from last weekend, I expect something similar. (31/55, 340 yds, 3 TD/1 INT)

Even if he throws 2-3 INTs, they'll still put up a decent amount of points, and I haven't seen anything (yet?) to make me think the Lions will do likewise.

you hope.

i think our d line is going to eat farve alive.

and i've been fairly impressed with our offense and its 3.5 ppg output. i think we'll blow the packers up, actually. i'd take that 6.5 all day.

btw, i heard on the radio the lions have talked to the raiders about jerry porter. millen would kill two birds with one stone with that trade. get a good player AND he doesnt blow a pick. its win win.

Porter?

Another head case at receiver?

I hope they do it, it would be great to see what happens.

Anybody here of any "Fire Millen"-themed activities planned for this weekend?

The chants and t-shirts need to get rolling again.

I'm guessing this won't be Fox's feature game.

My prediction: Lions 20 Packers 13

Farve 1 TD (franks), 2 INT

Roy and Kevin get TD's, 2 FG's for Hanson.

Rogers and Hall combine for 3 sacks

I expect a convincing win today. We played the Bears and the Seahawks, the NFL elite.
I understand being pissed about the losses, but this team'll be better than they have been
in recent years which doesn't say much, but I can't hang it up yet. I'm a Lions fan to the core.

We're built for this shit.

wow.

if we cant beat green bay at home... lol.

im shocked by this one. our D line was shutdown by whats supposed to be a very suspect O line. yikes.

good game though. if you could forget that these were 2 of the worst teams in the nfl, it was actually a great one.

At least watching them lose isn't boring anymore.

Dec 31 @Dallas 1:00pm 122 122

thats whats left of our schedule. now, i fully expect this team to get better, but if there was one sure fire win on our schedule, today was it. whats worse is that we didnt have one play where we could say, if we could only have that one back.

i thought this team would be a 6-10 team, but a team better than their record. i dont see 5 wins on the schedule now. i always teter on whether to hope the lions win or hope they lose and get to see the giant train wreck. right now, i think im rooting for the trainwreck.

Thirded.

This season shouldn't be about wins and losses. It should be about comedy.

I've seen the train wreck. A couple times now. I've been voting not to watch.
