huge win to kick off a huge series, and no one posting?

this win pretty much gets us into the playoffs tonight.

12 games to go and i believe 6 up. chicago has to play in minny still, and after this series we go KC, TO, KC.

we have an excellent chance of winning our division, which would mean hosting ALW champ. if minny passes us we'd go to NYY.

pretty exciting times. our offense has scored 35 runs in our last 4 games, and apparantly placido was just frustrated, and the reports of him being done are false. he should be back for the playoffs.

obviously, no debate who we want in the first round, but a good one is who's starting? realistically, you only need 3 starters for the playoffs, but we have 4 solid candidates.

rogers, bondo, verlander, robinson.

i know i'd take rogers, im pretty sure i'd take robinson, and likely would take verlander. does that mean bondo moves to the bullpen in the playoffs?

Robinson?

I think the big question as to the rotation is whether Bonderman pulls out of this problem he's having. If so you start him, if not you start ... robinson ...

Do you still mix up pitching styles in the playoffs (that puts Rogers in the middle of Verlander and Bonderman or Nate) or do you alternate pitching hands (which makes it Rogers, Verlander, Robertson, and either Verlander, Rogers, Bonderman or Bondermand, Verlander, Rogers) I would assume you want Rogers starting you off and Verlander following him up but that's just putting them in order of success and confidence.

Bondo looks real tired out there. If we could somehow get a 3 game lead he needs a start skipped. He pitched well the other night though so maybe he's ok.
