When was the last time a Tiger won 15 or more games in a season? I've looked back a ways. Sparks with 14, Weaver with 13, Bondy and Maroth both had 14 last season. It must have been some time in the 90's.

Just had to go look that one up....it was Willi Blair and Justin Thompson with 16 and 15 respectively back in 97. JT had a hell of a year that year, I forgot...3.02 ERA.

Some other classic names I came across in looking:

Greg Gohr, Omar Olivares, Sean Bergman, Felipe Lira, Dave Mlicki, Scott Aldred, C.J. Nitkowski, Seth Greisinger....Crazy.

i remember posting about the announcers talking about pitch tipping in the previous white sox series. so, is it safe to assume they might have been right?

Yeah, Leyland and Verlander both came out and said as much. They watched a ton of game film to try and adjust his mechanics and fix the problem.

WTF happened with Casey?

Did he really ground out to the left fielder?

Hit the ball to third off Crede's glove into left field. Casey thought Crede caught it and headed for the dugout. Ozuna throws to 1st for the out before Casey could get there
