i've got nothing against Rome (not a huge fan of his show), but i would have liked to seen him get his ass beat, lol.

jim rome hasnt tested people like that anymore either(it was a dumb thing to do in the first place). i think they had a character in any given sunday who was based on early jim rome.

What's with that fucking man perm Rome has? IMO his radio show is pretty regular and his tv shows are unwatchable.

Also, its sad picking on Jim Everett, dude can hardly form a complete sentence. However, kid knew what he was going to happen when he agreed to come on the show.

I totally agree on your assessment of Rome.

He certainly has found his niche in the radio business (I suspect that Sirius or XM is going to grab him at some point) but his work on television is just abominable. It seems like he's just reading cue cards or something.

If there ever was a case of a personality being more entertaining when they are unprepared and unscripted, that's Rome.
