One rumored sign-and-trade involving Gooden has him going to Chicago for power forward Michael Sweetney and point guard Chris Duhon, the Lorain Morning Journal reports

I wouldn't trade duhon for gooden straight up, let alone sweetney.

While sweetney might be fat and lazy, gooden is stupid and lazy, which isn't much better.

The thing about gooden is that he's mentally weak. Talented yes, but I've never seen him in a pressure situation that he didn't fuck up.

The Bulls can afford to lose Duhon I guess, but he was still an important player for them. They had a damn good 3-guard rotation.

Definitely would be a better deal for the Cavaliers. One of their main problems last year was the lack of a "true PG". Chris Duhon isn't much of a drop off in defense compared to Eric Snow (if at all anymore) and is a better ball handler, shooter, and passer.

watched a lot of duhon in college, and i always argued that my roommate shoulda been happier about duhon than gordon. i think it would help both teams though, which is the scariest scenario.

I kinda agree. Duhon is the real pg they need but...

at the 1 they have...

Eric Snow, Damon jones, David Wesley, and Daniel Gibson...adding duhon means Gibson is most likely gone.

If the Cavs were to get rid of Gooden, they should try to aquire a SF/PF type of player not a point guard
