BIG BEN'S FRO

Trade whomever you want on the roster, but keep no more than 3 guys in the rotation from last year. All the trades must at least be reasonable. Of course this is just for fun. And please defend why the other team would actually do the trade.
Here's my scenario:
1. Trade Chauncey Billups to Atlanta for their unprotected first next year and a 6.3 mill trade exemption. We also throw in 3 mill cash.
Why for Atlanta? To have a player on essentially a one year deal that can be the centerpiece for the rest of the team and actually get people to go the games. Billups + Childress + Josh Smith + Marvin and Shelden. Nice nucleus.
2. The Orlando Pick, Carlos Delfino, and Dale Davis to Phoenix for Boris Diaw and Leandrino Barbosa
Why for Phoenix? They will have to pay for both next season, and their cap space looks atrocious. A lot of teams are trying to get expiring deals, and we are one of the few teams that have a lot of them but won't be way under the cap. Delfino will fill Diaw's role, but is cheap for another season, and losing Barbosa may be worth the Orlando pick in such a deep draft. Dale Davis actually is useful to them in the pivot, and will give them cap room to use the MLE next season.
3. 6.3 mill TE + McDyess (5.8 mill) to Seattle for Earl Watson and Chris Wilcox (if the TE cannot be combined, this can be done as two separate trades.
As long as no one else is offering more for Wilcox, Seattle should do this deal. Dice can play well for them, and they can parlay that trade exemption into another player at the deadline themselves or keep that valuable cap space for the offseason for Rashard Lewis.
Our Roster would be Wilcox, Sheed, Tayshaun, Rip, and Watson. Diaw, Barbosa, Nazr Muhammed, and Maxiell as the main bench guys. Amir and Lindsay would be on the bench. I like Watson and Barbosa as two completely different change of pace PGs, and this roster would be very good at running and drawing fouls. After next season, we would be adding Atlanta's pick, our pick, the MLE, and have two RFA's to trade or resign.
