Couldnt really catch the whole press conference but

-3 yellow cards would be a suspension, not in the same game though so 2 yellows in a game means your ejected.

-If a player had a yellow card going into the semfinals and beyond, the rule is changed or something.

I say thats great. 2 yellow cards is too strict IMO.

Another rule that should be changed is, I saw some handballs that were yellow cards. I mean come on. Let that shit go.
