good to see, cuz the building is great, and is probably in the biggest eyesore for the city right now. if that building comes back, maybe the surrounding blocks will become nice, rather than trash dumps for detroit's homeless.

anyone see the wall street journal today? there was a huge, glowing article about this tody. so much so that a bunch of people i work with were talking about making some investments in the city. kinda the opposite of everything you hear about detroit these days.
