Cuban is cheering for the heat because he's way to white to be anywhere within a 200 mile radious of the D
I heard you could get a Cuban in Windsor, but I don't smoke. :)

Yes you can. And if your good enough to get them over the border as long as no1 tells on you, you can smoke em here.

you may have them in the US for personal use. You may not buy/sell/possess an abundant amount.

They still make some of the best cigars (though the Dominicans have caught up), but really you or I or 99% of people can smoke a $12 Stogie and get the same enjoyment as a $50 Cuban. I bring some back from London when I go, but its just for the name.

Honduran cigars are nice as well.

It's definitely just for the name. Cohiba can't touch Monte Cristo IMO yet
everyone has to have the Cohiba Cubanos. Fuck that. Give me a Dominican
Monte Cristo Corona or a Padron Anniversario Corona and I'm chillin.

Anyone ever listen to Cigar Dave on AM and XM? I don't smoke em but it's hilarious that he acutally has a call in show where all they talk about is cigar's. They rate the cigars and shit, they actually put together a Cigar Draft, shit you not.

Hoyo de Monterrey Dark Sumatra was drafted #1 last year. The LeBrons of the Cigars!

That rule only applies if you are returning directly from cuba. It's still illegal to bring them in from anywhere else in any quanity, even just tucking one in your pocket and bringing it back from windsor.
