I propose a new legislative act that would bring a new subforum to the WTFCentral forum. The subforum would be called "Articles," and any poster could write an article and post it in that forum. Based upon Syndicative approval, said articles could be posted on the main page. I don't know how many people would take the time to write articles, but I'd probably do a few here and there. This way, it wouldn't be just a couple of members having to update the main page, but rather the whole forum could be helping.

What say you?

Great idea, and it's one that we've been working on/discussing for a long time.

The whole upgrade to vBulletin and redesign of the homepage was done to get us ready for this next step.

It may not turn out exactly like you are proposing here, but you are close.

I would say a forum Archiving the articles would be the best route. I think we should have a process for submitting an article (from any user) to one of the web admins for them to put up there. We welcome thought out articles from any poster of course. But I'd rather have them front and center on the main page than hidden in a forum where an outside visitor might not see it.
