Word is Eddie Drummond was supposed to play some slot but he's not giving any effort so enter Hakim...

Lions looking at Hakim: The Lions are contemplating adding wide receiver Az Hakim (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=4321) after the draft, but don't expect anything to develop too quickly. Return specialist Eddie Drummond (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=6182) has the ability to fill that slot job that Hakim made popular in St. Louis for Mike Martz. There were some that thought Drummond could be expendable, but he may have value in the offense.

I say give Martz the keys to the offense and STFU.

I'm down. Bring back Az!!!!

With Calhoun, something tells me that a move for Az just isn't going to happen.

I like AZ - as a FOURTH receiver like he was in St. Louis.

I even like him as a THIRD receiver like he played at times in St. Louis.

But the first time around Millen gave him FIRST receiver money and FIRST receiver responsibilities, and he was a TOTAL BUST in that capacity.

Maybe they'll get it right this time and it will work out well for everyone. Nah, knowing Millen, he'll cut Roy Williams and Charles Rogers, and give Az BILLIONS of dollars to be our #$1 guy (with Bill Schroeder at #2, of course).

I don't know... I always thought Bill Schroeder was the #1
