Did anybody happen to catch Eric Smith, MSU's strong safety getting drafted in the 3rd round yesterday by the Jets? What in the hell are they smoking over there. Did they do this as a joke?

I was celebrating the fact that Smith was not going to be back in our secondary this year and he's drafted in the 3rd round?! WTF? I saw every single game of Smith's career and I can say without a doubt that I would be drooling if he was the safety and I was a qb. The guy can hit a little, but the reason he gets his tackles is because he gets to the ball too late. What good is a tackle if it occurs 30 yds down field? I don't know if he had a pass break up in his career. This dude is horrible and I'm cracking up laughing at the J E T S.

By the way, did anyone see that the Redskins gave Jaren Hayes an invite to their camp a couple weeks back? Not sure what came of that, but I'm guessing Braylon Edwards is pissed that the Browns aren't playing the Skins this season.
