Can someone clarfiy this for me? On Sportscenter this morning I heard them say the "loser" of the Grizzlies/Clippers game tonight gets home advantage against Denver in the 1st Round of the NBA Play-Offs. I know the Clippers or Grizzlies will have a better record, but I thought division winners were to get home advantage no better record or not.

Nope, it's always based on record. And the Clippers will lose that game. Coach Dunleavy is that kind of guy. He will completely tank just to lose the game. Fratello will play it like a normal game.
