I think it is the server they are having problems. Various emails of the past couple weeks....

This was the one yesterday (when wrh was up i posted one of them that was a couple days old)

"We have been noticing some intermittent issues with one of the network core routers. We have been able to minimize the effects to an unnoticeable level, however this is only a temporary measure which will require a more permanent solution in order fully resolve the problem.

As a result we are issuing a 12 hours maintenance window for this work to be completed, during the maintenance, we will be performing a number of network configuration changes and installing some new equipment.

The maintenance window will start today at 2 PM EST until 2 AM EST.

Total MAXIMUM anticipated downtime per account: 2 hours.
