I know we'd spank the Pacers in a playoff series but their dirty play worries me. Almost every game we play against those losers they try and hurt one of our guys or start a fight. If we blow them out in a series I have no doubt in my mind that they try to injure and our get some of our guys suspended.

btw, the Pistons made it official that they have no respect for Jasikevicius' "defense". they went right at Justcabbages (thanks, rorschach) like he was nothing. lindsey launched J's over him like he wasn't even there.

as a fan, one sad thing is that there's no longer an Indy/Detroit rivalry anymore. they're so bad and they barely have an identity anymore. i used to relish Pistons-Pacers games, but it's hard to root against a team you just don't give a crap about. sure whooping them by 30 is nice, but it's nothing like beating a team of Artest, Miller, O'Neal, etc.

Their physical play isn't any different from most teams in the NBA. They've never intentionally injured any of our players or anyone else to my knowledge, so I have no quarrels with them.

then youy havent paid much attention to anthony johnson. Johnson has on many ocasions snuck an elbow into Piston guards when they fustrate him on defense. Maybe they arent a perrenial dirty team. but johnson has been cheap shot elbowing cats for awhile now.
