WDFN is reporting Rip has returned to Detroit to attend to a family matter and will not be attending the game versus Orlando.

I hope that Flip either uses the XL lineup with Tay at 2 or starts Delfino. I don't think he should reward Evans. More likely however Delk or LH plays PG and Chauncey at 2. I would rather see Delfino get PT.

I seriously even doubt Flip will go to the XL lineup at all this year unless they are up by 20 at the half or for shits and giggles. Flip has a history of saying one thing but doing quite another in game. He gets very focused on winning once the game starts and seems to not want to try anything different. I see this as a strength of Flips and not a weakness.

You also won't see Billups playing the two to start the game though it may happen sometime during. This isn't Flip's m.o.

Flip will play ot by the book and insert most likely Mo and have DelFino back him up. Notice when Shed was out the announcers said that Flip went with Davis instead of Dice so he would only have to make one change instead of two.

Flip is about as predictable as it gets.
