After the Milwaukee win Rasheed gave an interview to PBS. They asked him on what it was like being viewed as bad guy in the league for so many years and what direction he thought the league was headed in. Like usual he gave his honest answer...


The league tries real hard to make black cats into white dudes. Suit-wearing ass cats constantly tell us what to say, wear and how to act. Basically, they don't want us to think for ourselves at all and they definitely don't want us to be true to the world. They want us to be their puppets.

Then he was asked what it's like to finally be loved here in Detroit.
